It appears the District Court in the Schiavo case correctly denied an injunction. You can read the opinion here (link from Balkinization).

I'm not a lawyer yet, but I'm glad to see my thinking was pretty much in line with the court's reasoning. The complaint (via Discourse.net) appeared to be quite weak.
