Last year, before I started law school, I and my then-girlfriend went to an awesome concert in Boulder. I think there are often really good concerts in the fall, for some reason. Here are my scheduled events for the season, if anyone wants to join me.
August 9: Jem, Boulder - Fox Theatre. Tickets $13 advance, $15 door.
September 5: Tori Amos, Denver - Red Rocks. Tickets around $50, including Ticketmaster fees, I think.
September 27: Neil Gaiman, book signing at the Tattered Cover in Denver. Free, as far as I know.
October 5: Sleater-Kinney, Denver - Gothic Theatre. Tickets $13 advance, $15 door.
I'll post other cool and (with the one exception already made) cheap events.
