Here's the personal Weblog (or Blawg) of Mackenzie Williams, a recent law school graduate.
It should go without saying, but keep in mind that the blog is only about me and my life. I do not blog about work, other than vague descriptions like "busy."
It should go without saying, but any opinion here is only my own and should not be attributed to anyone else on the planet (and sometimes not even to me--I like to play devil's advocate).
Pretty close, and I'll answer since there probably won't be too many 'foreign' comments: these are strreams in the river, and each represents a type of unprotected speech, like 'fighting words' or whatever.
I made them twist and turn to match up with the explanation given about some justices thinking that hate speech regulations are too broad, or as Prof. ConLaw would have it, the waters 'wash up' onto the bank of protected speech. Or something. I really think it doesn't take much to strech his analogy past usefulness.
