The blogging has been light this week, so, in an attempt at appeasement (and to thematically match the new quotation), I offer kittens:
In other news, we got about 6-8 inches of snow last night, and it’s still coming down. Don’t get me wrong—I love the snow, and we definitely need the moisture. But I still wish the snow had come earlier, in winter proper. Or that it was just raining, instead. I’m supposed to go (45 miles) to Laramie on Saturday, and I’m afraid that it won’t happen.
[Update: The Wyoming Supreme Court is closed today due to the weather, so it appears I have a three-day, snowy weekend.]
But on to good news: it appears that I will have three weeks between jobs in August. This means that taking about two weeks for some international travel is a very strong possibility. I won’t say it’s definite until I actually get some plane tickets, but it’s looking pretty good.
